Certified Personal Care - Homecare Service Rates

Certified Personal Care Rate Schedule
Effective September, 2007

Service block of 2 hours (our minimum visit)...........$20/hour (see Note 3 below)

At least 3 hours, up to 4 hours...................................$18/hour

At least 4 hours, up to 10 hours................................$16/hour

10 or more hour block..........................................$14.50/hour

24 hour services
Live-in service (Note 1)..................................$190/day

24 hour shift service..................................$14.50/hour

Other charges and Notes
Box of 100 sterile gloves for aides use in completing duties............$6.00/ box

Mileage charge when caregiver uses own car or company car
for client errands and transport..............(IRS Mileage Rate at time of billing)

Note 1: You provide place for caregiver to sleep, caregiver meals. Additional charge if we are caring for more than one person, or for unusually difficult cases. If client requires that the caregiver be awake around the clock, hourly rates apply.

Note 2: Holidays are charged at time and one-half the above rates.
We currently observe New Year, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Note 3: 2 hour minimum service is not available in all service areas.
